Shipping:
Orders immediately go into the production line once received. Orders are shipped within 10 to 12 business days from the time of order. Weekends, holidays, and unusually high-order volume periods can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process. If there is an out of stock or back-ordered item, we will notify you ASAP with all details in case you need to make a change to your order.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail.
Returns:
We do not accept returns on items customized with name or number.
